This is very good hotel in great location, only few steps from the beach. Excellent swimming pool with large number of lounges and parasols, around by palms and trees. Hotels room in good size with tv minibar, air cond, overlooking for pools or sea. Food was lovely with great choices for breakfast and dinner.

I feel great value for money compared to other hotels I have stayed in in same price bracket. Pools, public areas, etc all very clean. Clientelle mainly German. Travelled with teenagers and pre-school aged child. Youngest loved pools and Mini Disco. Maybe not quite enough for my teenage boys, as no other British teenagers for them to befriend! They did however also enjoy pools, beach, internet, and Ping pong! Rooms a little on the small side, but dont think you could be disappointed with where located room wise, whether facing sea or inland. Gym & Sauna went down very well. Large supermarket nearby. Bus`s and Can Picafort resort train outside hotel. I would not use train again though as a very rude driver made us get off the train upon our return, wripping up our tickets and shouting etc. Clearly he made a mistake, but as i could not communicate in Spanish we had to get off and walk! I do have to compliment reception staff, who kindly wrote a complaint in Spanish on my behalf so I could get our money back. On principle I was having my money back! Hint - buy ice creams and bottled water in Hotel Shop rather than Hotel bar - its cheaper! Entertainment ok, standard holiday stuff. Kids entertainers very keen and little ones loved them! We always got a sunbed - no real issue there. All in all, a good week in the sun had by all. Booked independantly. Flights, accom/transfers with Hotels4U. Very good value. Agree with previous post - food varied and plentiful - would be suprised if you couldnt find something you enjoy every meal time.

Given the last review I was delighted with the hotel.All the staff were friendly and very efficient.My single room was perfectly adequate with shower/bath & balcony.All kept spotlessly clean.The pool areas were lovely with plenty of sunloungers.If you took children I should think it would be perfect as there was a very hard working bunch of 'entertainers' offering non intrusive games and a mini club often based around the childrens pool area.The clientele was mostly German families with young children.Most of the staff appeared fluent in Spanish,German and English.The food was plentiful and a buffet at breakfast and dinner.I would thing you would have to be very picky not to find anything you liked.I found plenty!!Soup,huge variety of salads,ditto main courses.Then cheese,fruit ,ice-cream and to-die-for gateaux.It was all pretty middle of the road which is fair enough for the price and the type of hotel it is.Can Picafort was a pleasant stroll away and there is a bus stop right outside the front door for longer trips.(Ask reception for a bus timetable).The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the pool area and was lovely.I think the only reason I would not stay here again was the predominance of German speakers which made it difficult to make any acquaintances as my German is almost non existent.Overall a very impressive hotel at its level where nothing was too much trouble.

I really can't understand the reviews. Firstly, the tripadvisor site is ambiguous. Some reviewers put this hotel in Sa Coma and others in Can Picafort. The one I'm reviewing is in Can Picafort.
After reading the rave reviews we booked for 11 nights. We stayed for three because our suitcase was lost and we didn't want to move before getting it back.
On the plus side, the hotel is very well situated and has friendly, willing reception staff. The pool is ok and the general location is great, in easy reach of Can Picafort centre and restaurants.
On the minus side, the rooms are incredibly small and the beds are uncomfortable. In a superior double we hardly had room to put our suitcases down and walk around them. The bathrooms are old and ugly. Worse still is the food. What a nightmare. We would walk around five of six times and come back with next to nothing because nothing appealed!
If rooms and food are important to you, I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. In the end we went back to where we'd been the previous year: Iberostar Playa de Muro Village. It's more expensive but was heaven in comparison.
