We have just returned from a fortnights Holiday at this Hotel. The Hotel was very clean and on arrival we were very impressed. We were given a room on the first floor which we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs as there was no access by the lift. The room was basic but clean and plenty of storage. The balcony was tiny and overlooked a childrens play area although this was only open early evening. There was no English Channels on the TV (all German) even though thay claimed to have Sky News. This was eventually put on the TV during our second week. The other problems we incurred were that the staff couldn't understand English and sometimes Spanish was also a problem (apart from Jimmi in the Restaurant and Toni night receptionist. Also the seating arrangements in the Restaurant are to share a table with other guests. Jimmi was excellent once we explained that we didn't like this and he would always sort us a seperate table. The food in the Hotel was awful. Breakfast was passable but the Evening Meal we found it hard to find anything we liked unless you have chips and salad everynight. Therefore we spent a lot of money eating out. i wouldn't reccommend this Hotel to anyone especially the English even the entertainment at night was all German.
