Great all inclusiv package (booked through Alpha Rooms), as mentioned in other reviews very German (i personally like this as they are not the same mentality as the British in all inclusive). Never a problem with sunbeds (even though its German).We thought the food was very good especially the grill. Pool great for kids (mine 9 + 12). Entertainment pretty good considering the cost of the holiday (kids like it). Things to watch out for 1/ Told on arrival we had low cost rooms (even though I contacted the hotel 3 times prior to arrival) and would have to pay extra for pool view (18 euros per night) might be worth it as external rooms overlook roads and can be a bit noisy. 2 Avoid ground floor rooms, on last visit problem with ants and had to move. However overall the holiday is very good value P.S. the resort is nice and unspoiled and within easy walking distance. Hope this helps !! Have a good holiday

Would not class this hotel a 4*. Lovely staff but only speak Spanish or German! The whole hotel & Cala Ratjada town full of Germans but a very pretty harbour with lots of bars & restaurants Do not go here unless you want seclusion and are happy with your own company!

Travelled with my husband, 19, 17 and 15yr olds. They already knew area, having stayed before. Much more picturesque than Alcudia, Pollensa. Arriving hotel looked impressive. Facilities good. Staff very friendly. 2 Pools very good. Distance to Cala Agulla beach good (beautiful beach, get there by 10 and lots of sunloungers). Town ambience at night relaxing, good cocktail bars etc. All inclusive worth it to include unlimited refreshments. It was also cheaper than half board! Only big disappointment was standard of rooms. They are very Spanish 4*. Tired and in need of update. We booked non smoking but ours was very smoky. Kids room had problems with smell from drains but we did not. Spread of rooms to pools/dining areas good, clean. VERY Germany/Spanish and they all seem to smoke. We were one of only 2 or 3 English families. Teenagers can feel alienated because of this but our kids knew it was the beach they wanted to visit. Entertainment team excellent split into kids, teenages and adults themes.

Stayedi in the hotel for !2 days and had three rooms due to the fact we had three floods the toiltet cant cope with havng toilet paper put down it in the bathroom there is a sign saling in you see water coming from the toilet please contact recption it was sewerage I have photos if you wiish to see them the the Manangers were very unhelpful and had items damamged from the water damamger dont put anything on the ffloor if you decided to stay there the
