(2 families, party of 8 with 4 children aged between 5-15) We have just returned from this excellent hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and couldn't do more for us. I agree with previous reviews regarding the lack of british here, but that is your loss and i'm not sure if it would spoil it if more of the british mentality (experienced at other all inclusive hotels) arrived. Great location with a short walk to the picturesque harbour and lovely beaches. The food is amazing with lots of fish dishes available as well as other quality dishes. We all had great choice with the different aged (mini, maxi, teen and adult) activities which was fantastic and included a great walk to the lighthouse and horse riding. The evening entertainement was great and the live entertainement was fantastic. Mini disco for the kids with awards given for activities. Would definitely go back!

Spent 10 days all inclusive mid September at the Green Garden Hotel.Its the third different Garden Hotel we have stayed in over the last 18 months or so.The hotel and resort caters mainly for German holidaymakers,but for us that is no problem.The hotel is comfortable and in a very nice resort with plenty of places to eat and drink.However all inclusive is the way to go here, top value for money in our opinion.The pools are good but for the beach bums there are two very nice beaches.Cala Agulla is the nearest and lovely,Son Moll is on the other side of town and small but still nice.The hotel entertainment is mainly done by the in house animation team and is poor. However on 4 nights outside acts were employed and these were all good.Cala Ratjada is a relaxed resort so not for those wanting lively nightclub life.We would return without hesitation.

Great all inclusiv package (booked through Alpha Rooms), as mentioned in other reviews very German (i personally like this as they are not the same mentality as the British in all inclusive). Never a problem with sunbeds (even though its German).We thought the food was very good especially the grill. Pool great for kids (mine 9 + 12). Entertainment pretty good considering the cost of the holiday (kids like it). Things to watch out for 1/ Told on arrival we had low cost rooms (even though I contacted the hotel 3 times prior to arrival) and would have to pay extra for pool view (18 euros per night) might be worth it as external rooms overlook roads and can be a bit noisy. 2 Avoid ground floor rooms, on last visit problem with ants and had to move. However overall the holiday is very good value P.S. the resort is nice and unspoiled and within easy walking distance. Hope this helps !! Have a good holiday

Would not class this hotel a 4*. Lovely staff but only speak Spanish or German! The whole hotel & Cala Ratjada town full of Germans but a very pretty harbour with lots of bars & restaurants Do not go here unless you want seclusion and are happy with your own company!
