My husband and I went for a cheap week away October. Our room was basic but clean. Food was not up to much and we ate out out a few nights. I have to say we only paid total £500 for all inclusive and flights/transfers so I really did not expect anymore. I have read some of the reviews and find them a little unfair, why would you expect 5 star hotel for so little money. We found it fair for what we had paid, although I would'nt go quite that cheaply again. This hotel is ideal for someone on a tight budget. We had a clean room, hot water and plenty of food and drinks had we wanted them. This hotel is not suitable for children, there is nothing for them to do.

The hotel and food were ok considering we didn't pay a lot and it was handy for the beach and shops etc. We were pleased to find when we arrived that they wouldn't tolerate people putting their towels out on the sun loungers early in the morning. If you did the staff removed them so it really was first come first served. But on the last couple of days some interfering customers complained that they hadn't got sunloungers as they didn't come out until around 10 in the morning. We were always down early for breakfast then straight out to the pool. Anyway the upshot was that the management roped the pool area off and no one was allowed round there until 10 a.m. and everyone was queueing then making a mad dash for it when the rope came off at 10. This was ridiculous as there was nowhere else to sit outside and when we challenged the manager, saying we had paid to sit by the pool and wished to do so after our breakfast, we were rudely told to go and sit down on the beach. A lot of people weren't happy with this new rule and it would definitely put me off going there again as we lost a few hours each day not being able to sunbathe.

We went as a full blown family/friends/bf-gf/children for a 50th birthday. Safe to say the rooms were ok but I would never book this hotel again. The pool was below freezing - kids and adults were coming out blue. The lifeguard was polite and great with the kids. The staff were miserable and barely spoke to you, just spoke in Spanish to each other. We paid far too much for this hotel for what we got, we were all inclusive but eat out most nights. The food was disgusting (for me) and I couldn't personally eat there. The rooms had 3 beds all lined up in a row with a bathroom and a dressing table with a wardrobe & 1 bedside unit - oh and a chair. The location it is in is like the bronks of Cala Millor. Pavements were cracked and just generally awful place to even look at.

We will not bee booking up any time soon.
