Hotel was lovely as were the staff. Although I only spent three days here I made full use of the spa facilities, the poolside and the restaurant. The location was brilliant as I could visit the beach across the road and go for long walks along the promenade enjoying the sea and shopping. The room was spotlessly clean which is a big plus for me and the fridge in the room was a good idea as I had the option of shopping at the supermarket if I chose not to eat out. Mainly older guests and couples but this made me feel more relaxed about travelling alone. Used the Shuttlebus service to and from the hotel which was excellent value at 22 Euros. My only small disappointment was the view from my bacony which although I could just see the sea overlooked a rather shabby apartnment block opposite. Will definately visit again.

Had difficulty locating the hotel plus there is no on-site parking. The breakfast was abundant. Location was good, close to the shops, beach and pool. The front desk had no record of our reservation through Orbitz. Had to go on the computer and print out the reservation showing Orbitz name before they would believe us. Staff was not as fluent in English as German.

We really enjoyed staying in Cala Millor as we had 3 kids from 5 to 8 years old. I chose this hotel because i did not want all the noise that one normally has when having entertainment.
The entertainment at the hotel was very good and discreet. The person in charge is Christian and he alone is much better than some groups of 4 entertainers or more. Christian gave Aqua-Gym every morning at 10:00am. It seemed very good, but it was somehow too early for me to get into the pool. I'd rather have Aqua-gym around 17:00. Christian was also willing to take us Nordic-Walking but we changed our minds as it was too hot. At 20:30, there was Mini-Disco and Christian did it in a very funny way. I was positively surprised by his energy and good humour. Afterwards, there were always a show or bingo but we did not stay. Normally, we would either go for a walk or drive to another area of Mallorca. In Cala Millor you can rent bicycles from 1 up to 6 adults. There are also pony-rydes, a small fun park, and plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.The Breakfast was especially great with fresh bread and fresh whole-wheat bread. The evening food was good and the staff is of very high standard, very polite, nice and discreet. The Maitre Fernando and his staff gave us a great service. I would like to make a suggestion for the hotel to accomodate family with young children they should have this easy to assemble double-beds like the one at Sol Melia Milanos-Pinguinos.
