My partner and I travelled to this hotel for the 1st week of the school holiday. Found it to be very clean, lovely room not noisy at all. However when we got to lunch (all inclusive)there was hardly any desserts and we just thought that maybe it was because it was lunch time and maybe they had more choice in the evening. This was not the case as it was the same then and all week improving slightly on Gala dinner night. All the reception staff were friendly as were the cleaners and the bar staff however the dining room staff let them down as they were slow to clear the tables and bring the drinks and seemed pre-occupied with the tables in the middle of the room forgetting about those around the outside.This is classed as a 4 star hotel but we stayed in the 3 star Cala Millor Park Hotel in May and found the food to be far superior with so much home made desserts on offer and excellent restaurant staff.This hotel would be perfect if the restaurant service was better and the food had more choices.

I was wondering what the difference would be between a 90% and 70% rated hotel. We stayed 30.8.11-6.8.11 for half board and were in our early 30's. We were first placed in a first floor land side room. There was
No view, small room and the lorry entrance made it noisy. I couldn't believe it at this point as enjoyed levante at cala bona more which I think scored 73%. I enquired and moved room, a big transformation- 5th floor sea view room which was bigger and better view.
The staff are so helpful and professional and they help to make rating so high.
The food was lovely- wide selection. When we arrived in dining room waiter put us with a german couple who seemed nice but we could never speak together because of the language barrier- this part wasn't great but you get used to it after a while, just wish I took a german translation book!!
The rooms were nicely maintained by cleaners. The beach is great.
The area is fantastic with beaches, shops, bars all very close. I personally now prefer cala bona which is 10 mins a long the beach.
You can hire bikes- 2,4,6 seaters which is fun and quite good for exploring local areas.
Overall a very lovely holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for an all inclusive 10 days, the good things about the hotel are it's nice and clean, rooms are small but adequate and cleaned daily, food is varied and always hot, pool is nice with plenty of sunbeds and hotel is located centrally for the beach, promenade, bars and shopping. The bad things about this hotel are that 99% of the clientelle are German, there is so much smoking on the terrace that it is not pleasant to sit if you are a non smoker. The entertainment is not good at all infact it was dire, you are allocated a table in the dining room on arrival for the whole of your stay but we had to share this with another couple as the table was for 4 people which we didn't like. The whole resort is filled with Germans and we felt the whole place was geared towards them. We spent most of our time in the English Sportsman bar where we were able to chat to other English families.

We stayed at this Hotel last year for a week, we were moved from the neighbouring Morito due to over booking. Now I want to go back!!
To start with there were only 4 Brits there (including us) and they sat us all together for our meals, it was nice to talk to someone other than each other!!
The room was bright and clean, not massive but very nice with air con.
The food was lovely, quite German/Spanish in style but plenty of choice with at least 4 meats or fish cooked fresh on the grill. All meals were buffet style and to be honest if you couldn't find something you liked it would be worrying!!!
Plenty of deserts and fresh fruit, along with lovely ice cream.
We were All Inclusive and the drinks were "free" all day from 10am to midnight. Bar service during the day and brilliant waiter service in the evenings.
We enjoyed the evening entertainment and even won the Quiz and some money on the Bingo, not normally my cup of tea!!
In all a lovely holiday, I'd return tomorrow....if I could!
