I had read a few reviews on this hotel and am rather pleased that my opinion differed.
The all inclusive option was excellent value for money. When we arrived at 2.30 in the afternoon we were told we could eat even though the lunch session ended at 2.45. The food on all occassions was very good although they only had one buffet and no speciality resturants for those that are used to the all inclusive scene. The only thing that really annoying is that they place you on tables with other people whom you do not know. If privacy over food times is key to you avoid this hotel. They are very zealous if you move to another table.
The hotel was extermely clean, sometimes so much they were busy washing up glasses rather than servicing you at the bar, but generally very little issues in being served promptly.
The bedrooms were of adequate size, and fair for what we had paid. Nice and quiet . The beds are two singles pushed together and the TV is tiny with only BBC1 available in English which as it rained for a couple of days whilst we were there could have been better - espcially as they lose the signal in a storm.
The entertainment provided by the hotel is OK, with the in-house guys stuff a little laughable. For example, when was the Dallas tune ever part of Saturday night fever?
In terms of location the Hotel is towards the end of Cala Millor but there many OK looking restuarants and bars within walking distance. This end of the resort is mainly frequented by Germans.
