We had never been All Inclusive before and so wanted to make sure that we chose the right hotel. We picked the Cala Millor Park because of all the positive feedback provided on trip advisor and were not disappointed. Due to a flight delay and a less than perfect transfer we arrived at the hotel at 2200hrs. We were warmly greeted by "Nicky" on Reception and after checking in was informed that although the restaurant was closed they had reserved us a cold buffet. This was nice touch as we should have arrived much earlier and so would have had enough time to make it for the evening meal. We had requested a sea view and this was provided and what a view! The room was a one bed with 2 berths in the lounge area, and was spotlessly clean. There was a coffee maker but no kettle however there was a pan so water could be boiled for a brew. We got up early the next morning thinking there would be the normal fight for sun beds but this was not the case, in fact there was never any time during our stay when the pool became busy. This may be due to the doggy weather but also because the hotel was nowhere near full and was due to close for the season 2 days after we were due to leave. Breakfast was fantastic, as was lunch and dinner. There was plenty of choice and dishes that changed every day. Buffett style; so made sure we tried different types of food. Deserts were to die for and there was a massive choice. There was no reheated food etc, all was fresh and steaks etc cooked in front of you. There was everything you could want. Breakfast was 0800-1030hrs, Lunch 1300-1430hrs and Dinner 1800-2030hrs. The hotel was perfectly placed only a few hundred metres from the glorious sandy beach and at the beginning of a strip lined with shops a restaurants. There was entertainment during the day and the little ones were kept happy. There were snacks available during the day and drinks were served in glasses unless you were going to take them to the pool area, which was perfectly sensible. In the evenings drinks were mainly waiter service, which was efficient and the waiters were friendly. The local beer was San Miguel and was served in pint glasses. There was a good choice of drinks in the All Inclusive option and the waiters were proactive is ensuring that you were never sat waiting. One negative point was that the entertainment stopped at 2200hrs, however drinks were served till midnight.
The room was cleaned every day except Tuesday’s. It was always spotless and the maid was very polite and helpful.
We all put on several pounds in weight during our stay and were sad to leave. When we left we had to check out at 1200hrs on the day of departure, however there was an option to extend this for a small fee. We decided to vacate the room at 1200hrs however we were still able to eat and drink at the hotel till our departure time, which I thought was very good.
I never go back to the same place twice but in this case I may break that rule. The hotel and its staff were just fantastic and I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone.

Just came back from a weeks all inclusive family holiday and totally had a great time! The hotel was very clean, the maids cleaned the room every day apart from a Tuesday. Fresh towels was put out everyday. The staff were very friendly, the entertainment for the children was good every night. The food was outstanding, had a great choice of food. The hotel was right by the beach and shops, restaurants was near by. Would definately return to this hotel again without a doubt!

I chose this hotel on the strength of previous Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed. I went with my seven year old grandson on an all inclusive basis. We had a studio with a sea view in block 3. It was very clean . Housekeeping was very good. The food was really good, lots of choice from hot and cold buffet, food was replenished up to the end of meal times. The waiting staff were very attentive. Table linen was changed each time someone had sat at table. All inclusive wine at mealtimes was of acceptable quality. There was a gala dinner once during the week I was there- the high standard of food was even better that night. The swimming pool outdoors was kept immaculate. The indoor pool was smallish but adequate. All the public areas were nice and modern. The entertainment team worked really hard and my grandson enjoyed all the kids'club activities. The entertainment was fine, especially the show performed by a professional dance quartet. The pool bar staff worked their socks off particularly in the evenings. I will go back to this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone but it is definitely a family orientated hotel.

Stayed in apartment here Sept/Oct 11. We requested a sea view which we duly got, we were in block 1 which is the block yet to be refurbished, understand that they are being done in time for 2012 season. Sea view lovely, but unfortunately it meant that the lovely balcony was in the shade all of the day, this seemed to be the case for several of the apartments in this block. However we got the sun at the front door, where I sat when my toddler was having her afternoon nap!
The room we had was adequate and pretty spacious, spotlessly clean and a small cuddly seahorse was in my daughters cot when we arrived which she loved and I thought was a lovely touch.
The hotel is in a great location as others have said, a few minutes walk from a lovely beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around, although we were all inclusive, so didn’t eat out. The staff in this hotel are almost without exception very friendly, efficient and happy to help, always have a smile on their faces, a credit to the hotel! My toddler daughter loved Carmen in the restaurant and one of the other ladies whose name I can’t remember (sorry), and also several of the guys too. They were all great with the children. Dada in the bar was great too and always had a friendly smile.
The entertainment team worked really hard with the shows and always had a smile and a word for every-one, may not be every-ones cup of tea, but can’t fault the effort and they are great with the kids too.
The food we found was excellent, the salad bar fantastic, always fresh and loads to choose from. There was plenty of choice for the main meals, lots of fish as you would expect, the desserts, lots of the mousse type deserts that you normally get, but also a delicious strawberry cheesecake, profiteroles and my hubby’s favourite of apple flan.
As others have mentioned there aren’t many English in this hotel, or the resort in general, not a problem for us, but worth mentioning.
We hired one of the four seater bikes and went out down the cycle lane along the front, it was lovely as we went late afternoon when the weather was more acceptable and we went a long way in just an hour, it cost 6 euro for the hour.
The only slightly negative feedback I could give is that we couldn’t see an info book in English, although reception did have one in various languages.
We booked our holiday through sunshine.co.uk and used their transfer service, which we found the cheapest, they were great too, no delays, journey from airport to the hotel took around an hour and a quarter.
All in all, a great holiday, fab location and great hotel, would recommend.
