We stayed there with a baby, so appartment with a kitchenette was just what we needed. However we had also all in option which was great, during our whole stay we didn't need to buy anything to eat- bottled water for baby received to the room.
They even managed to find a baby-sitter for us (btw quite expensive 15euro/h).
What else:
- very close to the beach with a nice sand- great shalow entry to the clear water
- nice promenade along the beach
- very nice playroom in the hall
- we asked a high chair for the baby to the room and received it without any problem
- possibility to rent a bike at the reception, also avalaible with babychair and helmet
- rooms with a sea view starts from 4th floor
- friendly staff
- weather not perfect, maybe better to come in the second half of June or later?, but for us it was ok, not raining that was the most important

We were given this hotel as our original hotel (Cala Millor Park) was being renovated.
We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but all that was laid to rest once we arrived. This is a fantastic hotel and the food is amazing, such a wide choice available. how some people can moan is beyond me, but i guess it would not suit the "Fish & Chips" brigade. Yes it caters mostly for Germans, and the reason for this is because the Germans "book" this hotel due to its cleanliness, quietness & good food. Like me, I don't like to be surrounded by roudy drunken Brits. They are friendly people. If you want a loud resort with plenty of burger & chips, then stay away. If you want a relaxing holiday with great (yes great) food. then this will do nicely.

I cannot fault this hotel. The accomodation was superb and the staff were ALL happy and friendly. The food was very good and plentiful. All inclusive guests could help themselves to sandwiches and cakes in between meal time and the ice cream's were cornetto's, mini milks etc as well as an ice cream machine. Kids could also help themselves to slush puppies. The atmosphere was lovely and no roudiness. As this is prominently a German tourists hotel the evening's ended quite early insuring a whole nights sleep. The bar was open to midnight but most people had wandered of by 11pm.The entertainment was ran by Sam and Dora who between the two of them worked hard to make sure everyone was having a good time. The hotel is almost on the clean sandy beach and it was no hassle to take drinks down with you or pop back to the toilet. The indoor pool was small but had a great water temperature and the outdoor pool area was fine too. We always found a sun bed but as the hotel becomes busier I can imagine problems....there is however a roof top sun terrace with plenty of beds. Beach towels were also on offer for a refundable deposit. We experienced incredible service during our stay. We checked in too late for our evening meal but meals had been put up for us in our fridges. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay and this did not go un noticed by the hotel. They put cava and champagne glasses in our room, tastefully decorated our table for dinner with rose petals and candles, more cava for the adults and kids cocktails for the children. The entertainment team also made a fuss of him and yet another bottle of cava was opened for him. The apartments were clean and spacious and had two patio doors (one from the bedroom and one from the lounge area) leading on to the patio. A top hotel that I will return to.

As said in all other posts this hotel caters only for German guests, though they were very friendly.
The pool was very small and the water quite deep for younger children.
The location was quiet and although right by the beach the sand was full of stones and cigarettes.
Staff were friendly but I wouldn't travel there again.
