We will definitely not return there. The location is far from Levanto !! There are not enough parking places so you need to park your car on the side of a very small road. The entrance to the B&B is extremely steep. The room was nice but no view at all. A girl of the B&B recommended one of the restaurants in the next village and was very much insisting to make reservations so it made us wonder... In the middle of the night an alarm went off behind the door of our room. As nothing happened after half an hour I called the tel.nr. which I found in the hallway. Finely somebody turned up but was unable to stop the alarm. Then another person came in and finely stopped the alarm. All together the alarm rang for one and half hour! It was a nightmare ! The next morning no excuses have been made which we thought was very rude ! We paid for a sleepless night ! The only thing we enjoyed was the view from the breakfast terrace.

Carlo and the rest of the staff were great. Our rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was a feast. The view from the terrace looking down on the Mediterranean was breath-taking. The staff was also helpful recommending restaurants for dinner. It was a great experience.

Amazing! Everything the brochure said and better! The highlight was sitting on the large patio eating breakfast and what a breakfast! Unbelievable the choices - am not going to tell you, so go ahead and book and saviour the delights! Carlo our host was expecting his first child the day we left so he was quite nervous throughout our 3 day stay. His mother, I believe, runs the place to perfection and was busy cleaning, cooking, baking all day and often made coffee for us late at night after we returned from exploring the 5 Terre. Perfect location to tour the villages as the train and boat depart from Levanto. Since we had come from a wonderful B&B in Verona we did not anticipate this would be as good but it was and so we had a truly memorable stay in Italy.

absolutely loved our stay there! it feels like it s waaaay up there eventough it's just an 8 mins drive... but once you are up there all you hear are the birds, you look over the beautiful town of Levanto and it's waters, you are surrounded by beautiful nature! breakfast is amazing, they even cooked eggs the way we wanted them, the rooms are awesome, very romantic. if you are looking for super fancy and modern, this place is certainly not for you. it's got a real nice homey feeling! enjoy!
