Went there for a week long NIAF tour. The hotel was great but some of the staff forgot that the people on the tour were Italian. The staff made some poor comments about the Americans, but almost everyone understood what they said and told them so. That aside the hotel is a shot walk to Vibo Valentia and the town is full of things to see and do. There was also a small mini mart were you could get most things you needed. Also the food at the hotel was very good

We stayed a total of 5 nights in this hotel. There was absolutely no problem in checking in or out. Our room was very large, nicely furnished and we had a fabulous ocean view. . Housekeeping is prompt in cleaning your room. The only problem we had was the in-room internet was not working while we were there but the staff allowed my husband to use their computer for some business matters. The front desk staff is very prim and proper according to American hotel standards. You will not feel they are friendly but we found that at most upper end hotels. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was above average for most hotels. You could order the type of coffee you preferred and it is made fresh for you or there are urns with American or Italian coffee available. Various meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruits, and jucies.as well as cereal was available. The hotel restaurant is very, very good. We had the lunch buffet one day and the price is very reasonable while the food was delicious. We also had dinner there one evening and it was out of this world. The wait staff is so attentive and friendly and make the dining experience very pleasurable. We ordered what our waiter recommended and it was everything he promised. By all means, order from their dessert tray. When we ordered dessert , they made sure we had a taste of everything on the tray. I wanted to eat there more often but we were visiting relatives so weren't able to eat there more than a couple of times. All in all, it was a great experience.
