this summer we planned a week in tropea.but we looked for hotels only 3 weeks before.althoug reviews did not seem perfect,blue paradise resort was nearly the only chance.everything began on the enterance..no bellboy,no help.full payment during enterance.a family room tried to be renovated but awful just like the one on review photos.commedy began when we asked a taxi to go tropea..girl on the reseption said the price is 20 euro going,20 euro coming back and they will carry us everyday but as ı insisted on going one way they asked only 15 euro cash.you know why..because it costs only 10 euros.another story was with internet.they said no way,no internet.ı said my husband is a businessman and he has to use it everyday,at least in the morning.to solve the problem ı asked the manager which was a good solution.they found a man who helped us but he was also the driver..during all these caos my language was italian as the people on the reseption could not speak english.but to tll the truth animators and staff working in the bar were really very nice..as so many people mentiün price is high comparing the quality.2 stars only..

The holiday village is not at all glossy as presented in their web site and should not be a four stars resort. The place is nice but not well looked after. Much more should be spent and done on maintenance before the start of the season. Some areas of the village such as the amphitheatre and the kids playground were completely inaccessibile for the first few days because full of all sort of rubbish and buiding material leftovers!! A few things in the rooms (such as the safe, the window shutters,small fridge ect..) were not working and even if reported to reception would not get fix. Tv are 1980's models and you can only watch a few channels . The advertised animation was non-existent for the first four days of our staying (the excuse was that the previous team left unexpectedly and they were waiting for a new team to arrive) and of very poor quality after that! Of the two spa pools only one was working! On the weekend (on both sat and sun) part of the resort is inaccessible because of being used for weddings and with no warning at all to the holiday makers at 1 o'clock in the morning/night they would have very noisy fireworks!! There's no much consideration for holiday makers!! Staff is kind and polite (especially the restaurant staff) a part from the girl at the booking dept. who at the simple request of two rooms next to each other (since we are a family of five) answered rudely : Impossible!! Food for us was fine (breakfast a bit poor) but many italians were actually complaining! So overall nice place and beach but much more work to be done!!

Idén nyáron júniusban 1hetet töltöttünk a hotelban.Az idő nagyon szép volt,ezért lehetőségünk volt mindent kipróbálni.A tenger szép tiszta,az emberek kedvessek a pincérek,felszolgállók úgyszintén.Olasz ételt most kóstoltam elősször,de mivel nagyon finom volt ,reméllem lesz még lehetőségem megkóstolni még egyszer!:)A szobák is szépek voltak,a kilátás pedig gyönyörű.Egyetlen egy rossz szavam sem lehet a hotelra,ha a közeljövőben módom lesz rá elmegyek,hogy még úszkálhassak a bazénban mert az is nagyon tetszett !

Nekem nagyon teccet ez a szálloda. Anyukámmal és a hugommal voltunk itt és nagyon szivessen visszamennék. Kisgyerekekkel is el lehet menni mivel vannak gyermek programok is. A pincérek a takarítók mindenki nagyon kedves. A Wellnes részleget mink nempróbáltuk ki de gondolom azis nagyon jó.Ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a szállodát:)
