“Not a 3-star hotel”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 August 2010

This hotel was a disapointment! This is not a hotel with three stars. The doors were heavy to open and shut, the room had a musty smell, the bathrooom was not nice and the staff at the breakfastbuffet did not smile once! But the girl in the lobby was sweet and smiling, always doing her best, and the surroundings are beautiful!

“Worn down hotel”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 July 2010

The room we got was really worn down with old chairs, beds and furniture. Seemed to be from the 50-60ths. Painful to sleep in the beds at night. The room smelled strange and it was not very clean. Toilet didnt work properly either. Location of the hotel is a bit off- but possible to walk . The breakfast was simpel and surronded by flies. The pool looked very nice and big, so the children used it to swim in the first day. But at the end of the day they both got red wounds under their towes, so we stayed away from the pool after that. Took several days until the wounds were healed. Do not know what this could be?
The swimmingpool had a lifguard. He was very helpful and nice! The hotel seemed to have very few guests- even though it had many apartments- huge restaurant-a lot of free space. Ordered Greek salad the one day by the pool- after 1 hour we got it and we could not eat it. It was also only 6 adjustable chairs in the pool area- always taken by others. And 2 parasolls that were working properly. Service at the reception was good- and staff were helpful and friendly, but the place is in desperate need of redecoration.

“A little tacky, but also beautiful. Nice and priceworthy!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 January 2010

Located only 7 minutes walk from downtown. If you want to stay by the beach, this is not the place. But you can easy take the bus every hour to the beach for a euro. Very quiet, you can listen to the birds and other animals! Nice big swimmingpool-and very few kids! Beautiful flowers and bouganvilla. Worn-down tenniscourt (few uses it). Breakfast a bit like former east-berlin, but OK. Rooms very clean and nice but very spartanious. Nice balcony. Good (fairly hard) beds. Free, effective airconditioning. Nice staff in reception. It´s a bit tacky in a way, but it´s quiet, much of the park is beautiful, the pool is nice, it´s cheap and i recommend it if you don´t need luxury bath or bigscreen TV. There is no TV at all!

“average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 September 2009

This hotel was pretty average. The rooms were ok, clean enough. The bathroom was small but the outside balcony area was nice. The breakfast was average, the location wasnt good, too far from the centre of town. The service was ok, helpful enough. You could here everything your neighbour was doing, especially in their bathroom...not nice.

“Stay away from this place if you ....”

This is more or less a Internet scam. When looking at the pictures presented on the net you get the impression this is a small, well run hotell. IT's NOT. It is in my opinion a big, worn down, old an rather shabby hotell. 300 meters from the beach is more like 1000. We left it after just a few hours, even though we had booked for 8 days.
