We stayed at Le Petit Somme for two nights in Suite 8. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very well run with personal service and lovely amenities. The environment is stunning and, as part of the hotel, there is a huge piece of land that hotel guests can make use of. Breakfast, too, was wonderful and with a great selection of fresh breads, juices and so on.
All in all, a great time and quite a discovery.

Because we had to change hotels at the very last minute,we were intending to have a gastronomic weekend out when we got a mail the kitchen was closed due to an accident with the chef (yes those thing can happen!!)we decided to book via hotels.com and we found a hotel in Durbuy,the Ardens,not far from our original destination.

And we were very surprised!!!!This is one of our favorites!!!The lady of the house is a very sympathetic woman.The breakfast was superb with fresh juice, different choices of bread,eggs,...
Strong coffee!!!!

The room was large and so was the bathroom!!!All facilities were there.Very clean and quiet,although it is situated near a road.

A very pleasant stay!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Le Petite Somme. Whilst the location of the B&B is on the road we were not distracted at all at night by it. We had one of the suites which had a lovely new bathroom and separate shower, bedroom and sitting room. The rooms have been very tastefully decorated and there was plenty of space. When we arrived and were shown to our room we asked if we could have some milk for our tea, expecting a couple of little milk cartons, the owner returned with a whole bottle of milk for us which was never added to the bill. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a selection of cereals, cold meats and cheese and bread/coissants. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great find, would definitely recommend it and would stay there again if in the area.
