After an exhausting business trip to Germany and France, I met up with my partner in Austria and spent 4 days at Haus Hirt. The Hotel came highly recommended by friends from back home and still, our expectations were far exceeded.
It's a beautiful Boutique Hotel with great attention to detail, set in the most wonderful surroundings - it all looked like out of a picture book. The atmosphere was fantastic with a very interesting clientele and extremely attentive staff.
We loved our room - very trendy yet charming - with a view to die for; the food was fantastic and the spa treatments amongst the finest I have had.
Although short, this was one of our most relaxing holidays. We willl most definitely be back - but it will have to be for at least a week!

my husband and I stayed at this cute little hotel when I was 32 wks pregnant. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy and get spoiled & pampered. There was food available almost all the time (important when pregnant!), I booked a massage esp. for expecting ladies which was wonderful. We also enjoyed some treatments and the pool/sauna area. Also wonderful was the bar area (very cool retro feeling), the dinner at night, awesome breakfast... A great place for pregnant women, couples with children. Walking distance to town, although most of the time we prefered to stay "home" to enjoy the lovely service there.

We spent a week in Bad Gastein to ski and were extremely satisfied with our choice, both about the skiing area and about the hotel we stayed at.
For our stay we chose the so-called "small double room" located at the upper floor, with a balcony on the beautiful valley.
We stayed most of the day on the slopes and could not attend the many activities organized throughout the day by the hotel, about which we were informed thanks to the Hirtenpost left daily in our room.
But after an exhausting day skiing we were always happy to go back to the hotel and enjoy its relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The late afternoons were spent at the wellness area where a delicious herbal tea was served.
My husband had a couple of AVEDA treatments and was very satisfied.
The staff was always very nice and helpful, a special mention goes of course to the omnipresent bus driver.

We stayed here for 4 days during our honeymoon in June 2009 and it was, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in for overall satisfaction. The room was perfect, the food amazing and the views outstanding. The Spa/Swimming pool could do with an upgrade but the overall service was the best yet encountered. Highly recommended!!
