Other than not enough reading light,,wonderful! Breakfast on the terrace is wonderful....ditto for cocktails, with plenty of optione for drinks and snacks.!

We loved it here. It's located right in the center of town. The staff was very helpful. We will totally come back and stay here again.

This is an absolutely charming hotel with Nica personality It is not the Hilton so don't expect 5 star US accomodations. But if you are looking for a hotel that is loaded with personality, incredinbly friendly service and a great location then this is the place. From the receptionists to the maids and waiters at the restaurant you will get personalized and friendly attention. My stay was for 2 weeks and I could have stayed forever. I did have a problem with the AC which was taken care of within minutes of telling the main receptionist, Karla. The city of Granada is absolutely charming and the Alhambra is a part of it. There is an internet cafe within the hotel with telephone boothes for international call for about 5 cents/minute. This hotel is very popular with Eurpoean tour groups so it has an international clientel. I felt like I was at home and maybe I'm a little biased because of the way I connected with everyone there but my opinion is that is a great place. It can use a coat of paint here and there but so what?

Amazingly surprised by the interior - beautiful pool, gardens, and rooms were decorated period appropriate. Beds were very comfortable. Totally enjoyed late night swim in garden area pool - almost like a movie star in an old 1940's movie. Convenient location across the main square from wonderful eateries and night clubs. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Granada.
