The hotel is conveniently placed near the central park. It has all the facilities that should be included in a hotel. I especially liked the colonial style. The food was delicious and the staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed at the Gran Francia in March and enjoyed the experience. Great location next to the main city plaza. The atmosphere is like a colonial palace. The room was large, clean and quiet. The bar & restaurant are across the street surrounding a quiet courtyard. The price was great and the service fantastic. I recommend this property to all who want a good value authentic experience.

It is the third occasion that I stay at this hotel for which I confirmed that the category for the same is undoubtedly the best of this beautiful city, has all the facilities that any traveler needs for leisure or business. Toilet leaks in the middle of the night, A/C does not work, hot water does not well, smell mildew, they give you a fan and that works for 20 minutes only and then it gets hot on the room, we had a group and all had the same problem, staff is good the hotel looks great from the out side but once you get check-in nightmare begging.
