We didn't stay here but went twice for dinner. It's a wonderful restaurant in a stunning location with the added bonus that if you give them a call, someone will come to your resort to take you there and then take you back to your hotel after your meal.
The food is sublime and not overpriced, if you are on Facebook, have a look at the 'Koh Chang Ticker' page where Tantra Restaurant usually post their daily special menu. Please visit this restaurant if you are on Koh Chang you will not be disappointed.
We would stay here if we went back to Koh Chang, it's a beautiful resort.

After deciding to get married in Thailand we set about the task of finding a resort that would be able to give us the perfect wedding - as soon as we set foot in Nirvana Resort we knew we had the place!
We got married here on the 19th December 2011 and everything about the day was perfect thanks to the setting and the staff at Nirvana. The flowers, venue, organisation, ceremony and party were what we had always dreamed of...not to mention the food (huge thanks to Jean-Phillipe for delivering an amazing feast which was enough to feed a small army)!! We had the ceremony on the sun deck at sunset, which is without doubt one of the best features of Nirvana. We then moved round to Tantra for a great feast and party...before retiring to the rock pool for more drinks and fun.
Tom, the manager, and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating in catering to our every whim (and those of our 22 guests) for the duration of our stay.
Everyone who came to the wedding was amazed by the beauty of Nirvana and the service we received there...and I think many people will be taking a return trip back there someday! We certainly shall be!

We stayed at the Nirvana resort with two children (9 and 7) for 7 nights. Wonderfull nature around the beautifully set up resort. Two very nice swimming pools and a good restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly. We enjoyed the tranquility of the resort, but also planned plenty of activities, such as diving, boat trip to a secluded beach and rented a car to discover the rest of this great Island. The manager of the resort was extremely kind and helpfull and helped us arrange these day trips, recommended great restaurants, but also advised on our further travels into Cambodia. We are definately returning to Koh Chang and will for sure book the Nirvana resort again.

Very friendly and helpfull people, nice clean rooms, wonderfull vieuws and scenery, restaurant is very goo, and only 10 min walk to Bang Bao
