I stayed in this hotel on business trip, but also had my family along. I had reserved for a large group -- 5 singles, a double, and a suite -- but when we arrived they could not find our reservations. They had rooms available but no suites, and no baby crib as requested. Our room was in a hallway with no lighting that was so dark I had to use the light from my cell phone to see the keyhole. The room was hot, and the AC did not work. The pool was open to the (paying) public and full of hundreds of teenagers all day blaring music, making both the poolside room and the pool unbearable. There were no pool towels, and I was told to use the towel from my room -- but when I went back to get bath towels from the room, there weren't any there either. The front desk manager generally seemed perplexed by my requests for a baby crib (I have stayed in a lot of hotels and riads in Morocco, and most have them), towels, and working AC. We wanted to eat in the hotel but they wouldn't let us order from the restaurant menu on the adjoining terrace, and had to sit in an empty, hot dining room to eat an overpriced dinner.
A few positives -- The housekeeping and waitstaff we encountered were nice and friendly. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant was actually decent, and the beer cold.
I was supposed to stay two nights but left after one and drove back to Casablanca.
