My wife and I had a very romantic meal at the Mark Addy on Feb 11, 2012. They offered a Valentines Special and it could not have been better. The room was very cozzy with table cloths, candle lights and live music. The 4 course dinner included with a bottle of wine at an affordable price. The food was very good the service was great and we would go back for dinner the next time we are in the area.

We had a fabolous time at The Mark Addy, it was better than we ever could have imagined. The whole building and our room was beutiful, the breakfast amazing and Rafael and Leslie with family the best hosts imaginable. It was more like visiting old friends and the stay was worth every penny, we just want to go back again, again and again.

Overall the B&B was good. It's true you won't find the house or your room extravagant. But, if you enjoy socializing, the owners are an interesting combination of fun and disgruntled. The Nellysford area isn't plush with great restaurants; you're better off heading to Charlottesville for that but sampling the local breweries is worth it.

The Mark Addy Inn was a superb choice for a weekend get away. Beautiful location, well appointed rooms, excellent service. Enjoyed the 9 am breakfast, and the yummy dinner prepared by chef Rafi. Highly recommended!!
