While the rooms seemed clean I found that they had fleas. The staff was friendly enough but it doesn't make up for poor housekeeping.

Aside from the friendly staff, this place was pretty abysmal. The room was in very poor shape, the linens and mattress haven't been updated in years, and the whole place (especially the room) had a terrible odor. I will never book a hotel to save money again. It is not worth it.
Friendly hotel staff, plenty of parking spaces but room could have used some TLC. Bathroom toilet holder was falling out of wall, room is small, tv is out of date, very small bathroom. Not worth the money.
The people were nice and helpful. We were out of power due to the storm and the room was nice and smelled good. The breakfast was nice and good. I would recommend this hotel to people. Shopping mall was a plus it was in walking distance.
My daughter and I stayed at this property for two nights and were highly disappointed. The lobby needs major updating and since that is the first impression that one gets when entering a hotel I would hope that the management puts some money into redecorating. On the plus side the rooms were a descent size, the beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasant. Also, the hotel is located right next to a mall and restaurants. Unfortunately, there was rust in the bathroom along with peeling wallpaper which is not very complicated to fix. This location does not have a pool and the weather was hot. For the money we spent per night we could have gone to numerous hotels located within 10 miles for the same or a slightly higher rate. We may be in the area next summer but we will not be staying at this hotel.
