Stayed here with my wife and two kids one night on a trip through Virginia. Got a very good rate -- less than Holiday Inn and other comparable hotels in the area. Room was clean, staff was friendly - brought extra pillows and blankets up to my room very quickly on request. They have a pool -- it's small, but the kids still enjoyed it. Complimentary breakfast was well-stocked, more so than most free breakfasts I've seen at other Best Westerns. I'd stay again.

Stayed a week attending class at Liberty. What I like most is that you could tell pride of ownership. For an exterior hotel it was great. Modern room and next to many food outlets and shopping. Wife loved area.

The beds had no support and the room was dirty and had a musty smell

We were in Lynchburg to visit a friend. The room it self was somewhat clean, but the bath was awful. the tub was clogged with hair , toothpaste on faucet, both mirrors very dirty, no soap or shampoo, water never got hot and after one of us showered the other had cold water. When I called the hotel to make reservations they said I had to stay two nights, when I told him I could get one night on line cheaper , he was rude and said he quest he would have to honor it. When I checked out told him of the probelms, but he did not seem to care and made no comment.
