I stayed here one night while passing through the area. I arrrived late without reservations but did not have any problem getting a room. There was less than ten cars in the parking lot. The check in is at the bottom of the hill attached to a pancake house. The motel is at the top of the hill. The motel is older and dated. The room looked worn. The room was clean and I didn't have any problems while there. Breakfast was not included but you did get a discount at the pancake house. The room was reasonably priced at $63 (AAA rate). I would stay here again for an overnight stay. I don't think I would want to stay here longer or if the rates are higher in the summer.

This is a typical 70's style motel with steel door and window frame setup with outdoor corriders.
I stayed just one night on a business trip and plan to stay here next time I need to work in Lexington. The room was small but everything worked well including the wi-fi and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi worked so well in fact that I was able to download a two hour movie from Amazon in about 10 min. I paid 78.00 for the room which I thought was a little high but I had such a good stay I cant complain. The microfridge was handy also.

This hotel/motel is very dated. Lobby is within an Aunt Sarah's Pancake House in front of the hotel - three level strip hotel with outside room entry. This would have been a fine stay for $79 a night but at $179 I felt violated. There are several hotels 4 miles closer to Lexington Va that are new and probably priced in a similar range. No gym, outdoor pool, no lobby or morning coffee/breakfast, etc. The staff was very nice and no cleanliness issues, but one of the worst values I can remember.

Two of my friends and I stayed at the Days Inn recently. Room was warm when we walked in and a/c was working but barely.Even when we came back much later it was still warm. Beds were comfortable and there was a fridge in the room. It was okay for just one night but I don't think I would go back.
