We were in a pickle one morning and needed a room as early as possible. This hotel had booked up the night before so rooms weren't available at 8:30 in the morning. We were told that as soon as one had been cleaned they would let us know. With pretty much no other options in Lebanon we waited. I was stuck sitting out in the truck while my husband had to go to work in the area with a small dog I waited and checked back every little while for a room. It was quite chilly out, and I just wanted a hot shower. After about 2 hours, one room was clean. Really 2 hours to clean one room???? I think it was just to inconvenience us because apparently we were relying on the staff too much to make us accomindated. Finally got in a room at 10:45. The room was clean, smelled free of smoke although it was a smoking room, which we didnt want, but in some cases you have to give!! All in all it was a decent stay, with clean rooms. I wish I could accredate one person here, but to be honest noone reallt stepped up to help us out with the situation we were in. We needed a room ASAP and I believe they should have had a housekeeper on one /any room ASAP.Housekeepers were on site and cleaning rooms at 8:30 A.M. so.........I could have had a room in 30 minutes tops! Not 2 hours in the truck.

This is a pleasant suprise. I was pleased with my stay at this property. The staff are all nice. The rooms are well kept up. The breakfast was adequate. The property itself (like much of the rest of Virginia) is in a very picturesque area. I'm not sure what other motels are available around here but at $69.72 including tax it was very reasonable.

I stayed here for about 2 weeks for business...the employees are absolutely wonderful! It's a good place to stay overall. I'm pleased.

This Super 8 is in a quite little town but it is close to about any place that you might want to go. It is close to food, shopping, and even though it doesn't have a swimming pool there is one within about 1.5 miles which is so convenient if traveling in the summer. It is close enough to stay at while going to the Bristol Tenn. nacar race. It is about 1 hour from the race track. Also there is a Wal Mart least then a .5 miles. It more than all the comforts of home.
You can also order your food, with at least three area restaurants that deliver to the room.
They have a super staff, clean and plenty of space in the rooms. I sleep with two pillows and forgot to take mine our last trip so I ask the Desk Clerk if I could please get a couple of extra pillows and within a few minutes she was at the door with them.
We have stayed there at least once a year since it was built several years ago. We enjoy the comfort of the rooms and at times just hang around there for peace and quite.
We visit family near by and plan to stay there everytime we go up there to visit. Thank you Super 8.
