Hard to get to. Overpriced for an old, rundown property. A/C noisy, bed thin and too soft. Bathroom needed more cleaning. Typical Quality Inn breakfast fare. Moved to the Best Western for the next night's stay for lower price and better quality accomodations.

Amazing view from the balcony and all aminities including swimming pool and wifi and a perfect Gym......what else we want!!!

I'm beginning my 3rd week here and will be here a few more weeks. The staff here have all been very friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. I was a bit concerned about choosing a hotel from afar without knowing the area and was warned by some surrounding hotels to "be very careful where you stay." This hotel is located right in the middle of the towns of Petersburg, Colonial Heights and Hopewell--perfect. It is immediately off the interstate and is only about 3 minutes to the Ft. Lee base. I am a military wife and considering all things....access to the base, shopping, restaurants, my safety, cost, comfort of accommodations.....this place is perfect. As a bonus, it has a jacuzzi, workout room, free wi-fi and breakfast every morning! I am staying in a kitchenette and I'm quite impressed with it--lots of cabinet space. I'm not saying this is a 5 star hotel but its the best a 2 star hotel could possibly be--very nice. I don't know what this hotel used to be like, but I have read some of the older reviews and from what I've experienced, the manager, Laura, and the staff are doing a great job! VG

If you need a safe and conveinent place to stay at a great price, this is it! Great hot tub, workout facility and internet access. Valerie, you'll love this place ;)
