We stayed here as a base for Galax and other Crooked Road music venues. It is convenient for that. The motel itself was clean but a little shabby .The bathroom needed attention, the ceiling had suffered water damage at some time and was stained and mouldy in places, also toilet and wash basin needed maintenance.
The Oriental Restaurant next door was good value for its Buffet meal!

Most of the hotel's rooms have 2 double beds, coffee pots in some rooms and cable television with over 50 channels. The place was VERY clean. They have free continental breakfast, coffee is made 24 hrs, and the staff is very friendly. There are 2 ice machines. Through the week the rates average $38 - $43. Weekends rates are around $48- $56. They allow pets also!
There is no laundry service or a pool, but the hotel hotels in the area charge about $80 on a weekday.
There is also a Chinese restaurant (the food was GREAT) and Subway in the building.
I definitely visit this hotel again.
