My husband & I recently had a most pleasant stay here. From 'sign in' until 'sign out' the staff could not have been more accommodating, courteous and attentive, providing us with much information regarding dining, shopping, travel routes, etc. in a professional, yet personal manner.

The housekeeping staff was courteous & did an excellent job. Patricia, in charge of the dining area during our visit, kept everything extremely clean and provisions replenished with a cheerful manner. The breakfast offerings were very broad: hot dishes, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, variety of breads, fresh coffee, juices, etc An added bonus: fresh baked cookies near the front desk each night! My husband appreciated the fitness room being available 24/7; I enjoyed checking email via the public computers [free Wi-Fi available]. We did not need the shuttle services but heard good reports.

Conveniently located near the Reston Town Center with its multiple shopping & dining opportunities, the hotel is also near stores such as Safeway and K-Mart. The staff graciously suggested nearby restaurants with a remarkable diversity of cuisine.

I commented to the front desk about my observing their personal & specific assistance with guests from many divergent professions and backgrounds. One of staff replied that he considered his job a 'calling' and not just a 'paycheck' - this was my overall impression of the entire hotel team. We look forward to staying with them again on future trips to the area. Roll Tide :-)

I recently stayed here because of a University of Phoenix function. The staff, room, free WiFi, service, complimentary breakfast plus all-day beverages, and shuttle service were outstanding. The amount of restaurants, grocery and pharmaceutical facilities within walking distance was very convenient. A number of fueling stations and shopping centers were within one mile for drivers.

I highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express and will be staying here in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Reston hotel for a University function. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are clean, the environment is calm and quiet, the food is good and the location is perfect for getting around without the big city atmosphere. Tahir and Mr Singh were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay, as well as that of all of my University peers, was pleasant and fun. I highly recommend this hotel and hope you enjoy the experience as much as I did.

Although the outside of the hotel is older, the inside has been refurbished (as of 12/11). The room was small, but as a single traveler, it was perfect. Free WiFi and breakfast. Right next door is a Safeway store (grocery), which you can safely access for a quick take out deli meal.

The shuttle service was very accommodating and I was at the airport within 10 min. with traffic lights. I will stay there again, as it is very snug, clean, and convenient.
