Our Group (Travel Volleyball Players & parents) stayed here. Rooms were Great, very clean, roomy & good size. Everyone (Hard to believe but true) was very pleased with the rooms and the morning breakfast. The entire staff, including GM Scott C., went way beyond what could be expected. It was almost as good as our team's win.

To celebrate the holiday weekend me and my girlfriend decided to go skiing at massanutten resort. We reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Express several days in advance because of the Jacuzzi suite. We arrived late about 930 sore and tired and ready to relax. When we alias into our room we immediatelynoticed the jacuzzi was in pieces and there were work tools laying around. We went back to the front desk and were informed there were no more jacuzzi suites! We were devastated. I will say that the girl at the front desk was very polite and the manager was also professional and polite. Our new room was nice when we entered but when itvwas time for bed I realized there was a dark stain on the sheet and pulled it off the bed and didn't use it

I would also like to add that the indoor pool is very nice and the indoor guest jacuzzi was very nice looking but the guest jacuzzi was only luke
warm! It was like we couldn't catch a break!

Overall I think this hotel just had an off night. The jacuzzi suite if it had been in working order would have been awesome. I was glad the staff was so professional in the hotels mistakes and I would give them another chance.

We came to this hotel after spending 12 hours on the road. We were all tired and grumpy and just wanted to be out of the car. We were very worried when we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor and it immediately reeked of smoke all through the hallway. But once we got in our room, there was no hint of smoke and it was an awesome room. The beds were SO comfortable. I told my husband that we needed to find out what kind they were because I wanted it at home.
The staff was all very nice and helpful. Should we ever be in the area again, I would look forward to staying here again.

This Holiday Inn Express room was lovely and large. There was mold on the frame of the bathroom mirror, though. Since we are Priority Club members we got a welcome bag with water and some goodies, which was nice. The included breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn fare, with pancakes, pastries, bagels, an egg dish, etc. The apple and orange juices were a little off-tasting, for some reason, and the pancakes tasted commercial, which is unusual for Holiday Inn. One problem--the sidewalk was uneven which made walking a little dangerous.
