This hotel is simply GREAT. Everything smelled good, the lobby, the elevator, hallways and the room. The front desk and housekeeping workers were nice, very polite and had great personalities. The room looked exactly like the internet pictures. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. I had a king size bed and it was very comfortable when I slept. It was very quite at night. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

I just stayed for a week end with my 6 year old daughter while visiting my son in college. I usually stay at Embassy Suites but decided to use my points to stay here. The lobby is bright, clean and very welcoming. The front desk person was efficient and professional. The room is spacious well appointed and comfortable. The bathtub was sparkling, no mold, I did notice a slight urine smell but the commode itself did look clean. The suite only has one tv and no door to the room. It suited the 2 of us just fine because we weren't in the room very much. The breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, turkey sausage, corned beef hash, make them yourself waffles, juice, yougurt, hot beverages and apples, bananas. It was okay, but better than continental. I left my room key in the car on 2 occasions and the front desk gave me a replacement with no attitude whatsoever. I really appreciated that.

I wanted to give the details that I look for in reviews. The hotel is nice and I would stay again.

I have to travel around the country a lot for work and its rare that I get the kind of service that I got here. The person at the front desk greeted me with a smile even though I checked in at two in the morning. He also gave me a couple really good sugestions about where to get food in the area. The whole time the staff was very respectful. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning people did a great job. I didn't really spend much time in my room except to sleep but the beds were very comfortable. I had a great night sleep both nights I slept there. I even got a good deal on the room. I highly recommend springhill suites to anybody who is going to stay in the area.

Although the front desk personnel were very nice, I was disappointed with the quality of this Marriott. Our room had some pink spillage coming out of the refrigerator - it was both inside and outside the refrigerator, along with some dark stains on the carpet and the fairly new sofabeds. When I brought this to mgmt attention it was taken care of (but I still wonder why I had to tell them about this obvious stuff).

Instead of the nice hard styrofoam cups this Marriott provided the soft inexpensive ones, both in the rooms and at breakfast. There was a tip jar left out for breakfast, which I found odd in that I have not seen another Springhill Suites do this. Breakfast was the typical buffet stuff. One day they had grits.
Also the printer was broken and the computer had a virus. The front desk supervisor allowed us in the back to print something; this area was kind of messy but we were glad she let us use it. I did notice she spent a lot of time chatting with one of her coworkers.
