There were a number of issues with our stay, but it wasn't all bad. we stayed in room 115 (whirlpool room) and for some reason the bathroom smelled like moth balls on night 1, and indian food on days 2 & 3 (we never had indian food). The parking lot seems to be a popular place for people to hang out or stroll through, but the hotel really should do something to stop this....like make sure the back fence has no gaps and maybe put (open) front iron gate/fence w/more bushes. Anyways, our car was fine, but we didn't feel safe about it. We had some loud neighbors and especially across from the elevator, but most quieted down by midnight on both nights. The A/C worked well and provided white noise which drowned out some of the hotel noises. The lobby looked good. Cleaning staff did a good job (except for the constant smell in the bathroom). Breakfast looked ok (although the area is way too tight). Check-in and check-out were fairly quick and easy. Wood floors in hall looked clean. Room fridge worked well. Iron and board worked good. Whirlpool worked good (but instructions could be better graphic designed). Beds were a little firm but were not uncomfortable. Pillows were good. Sheets and bedding seemed clean. I wouldn't recommend it, but maybe if they keep working on it and drop their prices some.
bring your own air freshener or try a higher room (away from the parking lot) maybe?
