Staff were helpful with a happy dimeanor. There were only a few negative points about out stay. Party at the bar in atrium lasted way past 2am, they were loud and could hear them from our room on the 4th floor. Carpets look very dirty and stained, looking from the view on the forth floor balcony of our room. There were never enough towels at the pool, had to go to front desk twice to ask for more. I was also concerned about how much water accumulated around the pool walking area. I slipped twice, while wearing shoes there were signs put up but it still was quite dangerous. Those are just a few improvments Id maybe suggest. Thank you!

“Great stay”

Once again, a perfect stay. Perfectly located with a wide array of restaurants right across the highway, not to mention great food and service at the hotel .
Yes, as mentioned in some of the reviews, the property is old, but well maintained and very clean.
Front desk staff, lead by Brian, is second to none.
My company travels to this area 5-6 times a year and i feel there is not a better value in the area.

“Steelworkers' Holiday Party”

We had a good experience with the hotel for our Holiday Party.. Hope Holbert and Nicole Shaw were our lead managers for the Hotel and they were extremely helpful and accomodating. They saw to our every need and there were very few issues if any that were not dealt with that we were aware of. The sleeping rooms could stand some updating but overall the hotel experience was a good one. The common areas also could stand some freshing up but in these times we understand that might take a little longer to accomplish.
