This is my second time staying at this hotel. I had a great experience the first time, but didnt write a review in the event of talking to soon. I booked third party, arrived and checked in with no problems. They are near every major restaurant, most in walking distance. I highly recommend requesting a upper floor room, fifth floor on up..the city view is spectacular. The breakfast is nothing close to bland, make your own waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels muffins. The wi-fi is easy to connect, and fast, however for those without a laptop or tablet, they have a business center with 3 computers and a printer. The pool is warm, 75° year round, but they dont have a jaccuzzi. This is the only downside. They even have rooms poolside to watch your friends/family have fun if you dont swim (like myself) The rooms are always clean, and never smelly. Non smoking rooms dont smell like smoke. They have microwave, fridge, coffee maker. If you want tea, just ask the front desk. They even have a radio with a Mp3 line in jack. I plugged my phone in and was listening to my own music. That was the icing on the cake for me. Book third party, cheaper, and enjoy your stay. I live here, and choose to come here just to get away from home life sometimes. You wont regret it.

Only spent one night but found the hotel personnel second to none. They vere very accommodating and saw to all our needs. The room was neat and clean and the bed very comfortable. Best of all after all this they are Pet Friendly. Highly recommended. They had a hot breakfast that was good but could have used a meat choice.

We arrived at this hotel after going to another hotel which was subpar. We were tired after driving all night long. When we arrived we weren't in the best mood, but there was a light at the end of this long tunnel - Dontae Richardson was an excellent person and he made our horrible night so much better. He talked to us and uplifted our spirits. He answered all questions we had, and was overall a very sweet person, and he was very knowledgeable. When we ran into the hotel we left the car outside the front door so we could go in and find out if we would be staying at this hotel. It was priced a little more then we wanted to spend, but Dontae helped us figure out what to do, and the value of the hotel so we stayed. When we went back to the car we were surprised to find the battery died. We were alone with no jumper cables, and no additional car, and my mom forgot her triple A card. They couldn't do anything to help us. We didn't know what we were going to do, and again Dontae helped us immensly. When we ran out of options he told us the car would be fine, and he would figure something out for us. I had my doubts being it was so early in the morning by this time, but sure enough as promised Dontae called us in our room a little later, and told us he had someone there who would jump our car. Dontae is one employee who really cares about his customers. He is an excellent person, and made our stay so much better. We don't know what we would have done without him. Aside from Dontae, the hotel is nice. Its very vast and the pool looked cool and inviting. The rooms were good sized complete with a fridge and extremely comfy beds. We had a great night sleep and owe it all to Dontae Richardson. Thanks again we appreciate you Dontae!

A few plumbing problems, but overall a great place to stay.
