Though we think it was a game weekend, and our usual Hyatt was booked, which was why we came to this one, I do not think we will try it there again. A hotel is not altogether to blame for the lack of good manners of its guests, and we did not call up to complain, but I think someone must have after midnight and the CONSTANT doors banging shut....no attempt to shut them quietly. My husband thinks maybe 3 rooms were involved in this. I heard some knocking on the door of Room 409 about midnight. It took another hour to become quiet. Some talking in the hall, in rather loud voices (probably somewhat drunk?) and the loud door banging shut, just about every minute or so, up until about 1 AM. We had to leave a bit after 9 AM so that was a rather short night. My night was made more uncomfortable by the SCRATCHY sheets. I am not sure what caused this, maybe the chemicals they use to clean? But the Hyatt across town did not have this problem. I finally just basically slept in my robe to protect my skin from the sheets.
Also the glassware for drinking did not have a paper cover over them...which the other Hyatt always does. Whether this actually makes the glass more hygenic, I am not sure, but one feels a bit better about it.
