To begin, overpriced. Also, uncomfortable bed, no reception on the TV, (so why have one in the guest rooms at all?) the shower stall leaked, and the hosts were nowhere to be found for much of our 3 night stay.
To be fair, it is a beautiful setting. The innkeepers are pleasant, well-I assume he might have been, he waved towards me in a pleasant manner.
Our first night we were greeted by a note-the innkeepers were away, and we were the only guests, so they left a note directing us to our room. We had trouble finding an unlocked door in the manor house the next morning when we went in search of breakfast. As it turned out, they kept the manor house-which is part of the B&B-locked up tight, except for breakfast. We couldn't even access the library which had the only TV on the property that had cable/reception.
Breakfast was....not as tasty as one might want. Didn't score too high in appearance either.
The 'walking trail' didn't exist. Unless you call a 3 minute stroll across a lawn to a small pond and back again a 'walking trail'.
The 'sitting area' in the guest room was a chair in the corner.
Couldn't access the amenities in the manor house because it was locked up tight.
All things considered, I wouldn't stay there again.
