One does feel at home here, with nice public spaces for sitting, including a sunny Florida room, breakfast room and wide front porch. The location is ideal: the fourth house from the beach, and just a couple blocks to the main-street businesses. But the bedrooms are not the best. Ours was very small, and while there was plenty of drawer space, there was no closet. The mattress was uncomfortable. Some bedrooms must share a bathroom. Compared with my other B&B experiences, and I have had many, these breakfasts were just average. Parking is on the street, so you can't always park right in front of the house, which can be inconvenient when you are unloading or loading baggage. The energetic host is a fount of information about the area and is quite helpful.
