The place is, overall quite. But make sure you requested a room not inhabited by pets. It is pet friendly place. If you have allergy, you may want to bring your medication. It is a good stopping point if you intend to go to Quebec, Canada, which we did. The staff are not familiar with what is available in the area. We were looking for the ferry going to New York and no one in the staff seems to know where to take it. Use your GPS when looking for this place. Overall, a fair place to stay.

This hotel was similar to other TownPlace Suites we have stayed in: adequate, but nothing fancy. The room was clean, with a full kitchen and refrigerator. They have free snacks in the evening, and cold cereal that you can take back to your room for breakfast. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was heated to the right temperature. It was difficult to find, make sure you use a map or GPS.

We received the cheapest of scratchy towels, unbelievably uncomfortable beds, a sofa bed that had been slept on by someone's dog, a cold breakfast, a bathroom door hung in a way to prevent shutting, paper thin walls without soundproofing, inadequate parking.

We did not like the room.

It is located near many other hotels/motels.

What we enjoyed best was staying there only one night.

Stayed at TownePlace Suites with my family...Very clean property with friendly and helpful staff. Didn't know this wasn't a full service property but that didn't affect my stay. Suite was a 2 bdrm, approx 500 sq ft. Paid $151/night. Clean but pretty drab looking. Could use some updating. Not convinced that this was a good value. The pool was nice but there was a problem with the water chemistry which caused our eyes to sting...So much that we couldn't stay in for very long. There was also a problem with the hot water in our room but it was corrected fairly quickly. Not sure I would stay there again unless the rate was significantly cheaper.
