This place really needs an overhaul. I made reservations through the Mt. Snow hotline and, since we only wanted to stay one weekend night, the options were more limted (most places require a 2 night minimum on the weekends). The phone rep indicated that it was nice. The property is very dated. We went straight to Mt Snow for some afternoon tubing and arrived there around 6pm. Upon arrival, the reception was luke warm at best. The reception office was a mess - very cluttered and not the best first impression. The room was down a narrow hallway. We stayed on the ground level and it smelled very musty. We like the room pretty cool to sleep and the room was warm and stuffy, and the window was not easily opened to let in some fresh cool air. The furniture was of low quality. They did serve breakfast in the morning, but it was also not of good quality - frozen french toast, McDonald's-style hashbrowns. They do have a ping pong table and pool table that we didn't discover until we went to breakfast -- had the woman at reception told us about it when we arrived, the kids may have had a chance to enjoy. If I were you, I'd keep driving....
