I was simply looking for a clean room near Mt. Snow and a hot-tub. While I got the former, the latter was definitely lacking. The hot-tub and pool are outside (contrary to the website's claims of an indoor hot-tub) and were not open during my stay (completely snowed over.

As others mentioned, the service is pretty poor bordering on non-existent aside from picking your key up when you arrive (and that was done through a side-door...the main desk area was always closed during my stay). Breakfast is solid. The room is clean, though dated by about 30 years. The bed is as hard as a rock and the pillows aren't that much better.

The noise in the rooms can be overwhelming, which would clearly depend on who is next to you. However, there was a family staying in the room above mine and I could hear their every footstep.

Finally, just as an FYI, there is poor cell phone service at the Inn (a problem throughout the area, but if you absolutely need to stay a place with cell phone service, this probably isn't the place for you). On the other hand, there is free wifi which is great. No computers, though.

Nothing good here and for $230 for a one night stay (including lift ticket) you could find better!!!

The staff, save for 2 or three of the young staffers, were rude and unfriendly!!! They had no clue on local activities or restaurants and did not want to be bothered by questions.

This was suppose to be a romantic getaway and was almost ruined if not for the good flavor and local people of Wilmington and Dover, Vermont.

The outside is very attractive. The inside is old and musty. The hallway upstairs to our room was only wide enough for one person to either go up or down. The room was somewhat clean. The beds were hard, which we liked. The lighting in the room was extremely minimal. The room had a refrigerator. The shower in our bathroom was so small that you could barely turn around. The shower head could not be adjusted. (room 17). I took my showers in my daughers bathroom (room 10). The breakfast was full buffet both mornings and was very good. The owners were not friendly and seemed put out everytime we asked a question. The shuttle to the mountain (Moover) stops at the street in front of the hotel. Be prepared to wait in the cold. They do not run on time and they missed picking up my daughter one time and she waited outside for almost an hour. The hotel is not far from the entrance to Mount Snow - it only takes about 10 minutes to get there.
I would not use this motel again - there are too many other choices.

I don't even know what to say. Seriously.
The place is dirty. People are rude. SKIP IT. And go for one of the other plentful B & B's in the area.
