This was our first experience of staying in a B&B in the USA, and what a great experience it was. Our hosts, Mike & Sandra, were very welcoming. Our room was great - spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were just superb. We could not have wanted for more. If you are in need of a place to stay in the area, I highly recommend the Yellow Farmhouse Inn.

We stayed here for four nights over the New Year period. As we had expected, given the very positive reviews, it was absolutely excellent. Mike and Sandra were incredibly welcoming and looked after us very well - including with truly amazing breakfasts and snacks. The room was excellent, including a great Jacuzzi, pleasant country views, and very nice decorations. We will definitely be returning here when we come back to Vermont.

This was our 3rd stay at the Yellow Farmhouse Inn just before Christmas and once again it was amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfy with huge bed, jacuzzi tub and a fire, and the rest of the house is like a home away from home. The hosts Mike and Sandra are friendly and incredibly helpful.

The food on offer is amazing. The Breakfasts are creative and tasty, during one of my stays I had the pleasure of having the best french toast I had ever had! Coming back in the afternoon you are always greeted with freshly baked cookies and tea, coffee or cocoa.

I would heartily recommend the Yellow Farmhouse Inn to anyone traveling in Vermont, especially anyone skiing in Mad River Glenn or Sugarbush. Staying at the Inn has become a must for us every time we visit Vermont!

We have been hearing rave review of the YFI for years from my parents and my husband and I were finally able to join them here this holiday season! We were greeted at the door with a smile and freshly baked chocolate chip coconut pecan bars, which was perfect following a day of skiing! Mike and Sandra are perfect hosts and offered wonderful recommendations on restaurants and hiking spots. They even directed us to some wonderful snowshoeing right out the back door! The rooms are spacious and cozy and offer wonderful sitting areas that are perfect for curling up with a book and a glass of wine! The main living room is a perfect sitting area and the breakfasts are incredible! We couldn't have asked for anything better! We were more than thrilled with our stay and the inn exceeded expectations! We plan on heading back to this perfect winter getaway!
