My experience with this hotel from booking to check out was excellent. I dealt with Michael during booking. Although he was busy initially and needed to call me back, he was very accomodating and helpful regarding our rate and stay. The room seemed updated and clean. Pillows seemed a bit dated. One bed was a bit uncomfortable but nothing to complain about. For the most part, we had no concerns at all. The Breakfast had a good variety of choices. My son did not care for the eggs but I thought they were fine. The pool was great. It would have been even better if hotel had a hot tub after a day on the slopes. Michael gave us an excellent suggestion for a restaurant. I have to say they take their housekeeping seriously after I witnessed a staff person cleaning the base of the tables in the dining area. We would definately recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights in December as a way to get in 3 less expensive days of skiing at Bromley and Okemo. This is a Holiday Inn Express, so I am only giving the experience 3 stars - it is not meant to be a luxurious place to stay. However, the stay was perfect for what it was meant to be - a clean place to stay - and we would definitely stay there again. The hotel is conveniently located off of 91 and is not far from the NH border. The drive from Bromley took closer to 40 minutes, and the drive to/from Okemo took roughly 30 minutes - both slightly more than we were told by the hotel staff before booking. But when you compare the cost to what it would have been to stay closer to the mountain during December break, you can't beat it. There seemed to be a number of people there also using the property as ski lodging. The front desk staff (Erica) was very friendly and helpful in accommodating our requests. The rooms are nice and clean - the one update remaining seems to be an upgrade to a flat screen TV. The indoor pool is a nice size, although there is no hot tub. The fitness room is rather small but seemed to have the basics (we did not use it). Free hot breakfast is provided daily - nothing gourmet, but adequate (cereal, bagels, french toast, danish, eggs/bacon/sausage). We would definitely stay here again if we decide to save money on the lodging on our next trip.

We stayed here to go skiing and it was perfect for a family with little kids. Breakfast was great with lots of typical stuff ie pancakes, eggs, bacon, cereal, breads, yogurts. The place is really clean and well run. The pool was warm and clean with clean locker room facilities. The gym was also clean and in great working order. The room we stayed in had a double bed, fridge and microwave. People were always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The location is a bit out of the way from Okemo but we had no problems with driving back and forth an extra 20 minutes. Springfield itself is kind of boring and dead. My only wish was that the Holiday Inn was closer to Okemo. The room was really quiet at night. Sometimes there were kids running in the halls that we could hear but otherwise very quiet. Kids loved the game room and they also have laundry facilities if needed.

I thought that this place was great seeing as there isn't much in the area.
I stayed in a queen size bed (suite) on 2nd floor. Even though there are no elevators I was offered to have someone bring up my luggage for me ;)

The room is a cottage like feel with modern furniture. The room was very quaint and clean. Tv, microwave, fridge, mini coffee maker, desk, chair and ottoman, closet, bathroom and wifi access all made it perfect for me.

The breakfast runs from Early (5:30 - 9:30)
