I was in Burlington, VT for a graduate school interview and brought my girlfriend along for moral support, normally our trips are well planned out, this however was not. I figured I wouldn't book a hotel until we got there but then I feel like I over paid and they wouldn't give me any sort of deal. The hotel was clean, although a little dated. They have a free breakfast but it stops early, we went down at a little after 10:00 AM and they were already cleaning it up. The staff was friendly although we didn't require a lot of attention, just help checking in. If you want a romantic weekend in Burlington there are hotels far better, if you are traveling with children this would probably suit your needs or if you are on business which we basically were this is not a bad hotel for a night or two.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at the Comfort Inn. We've tried many different places in Burlington as our son goes to UVM, but until now haven't found the place we'll always come back to. The Comfort Inn was great and very reasonably priced. The room was clean and large, with a King bed, a sofa bed, fridge and microwave. The tub had a whirlpool. The breakfast was fine, pretty typical for this type of hotel, but not all of the hotels in the area include breakfast, so it was a definite plus.

I stayed one night at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Staff was very friendly (recommended a great restaurant!). Room was spacious, very well appointed and clean... We had a King room and were 2 adults and 1 child, but there was ample space for a cot. Very close to the airport; free shuttle service was much appreciated for my friend's very early departure... Breakfast was nice (my son loves the waffles!). Will definitely return next time we're in the area! And if you are travelling with family, don't miss the Echo Centre and Ben & Jerry's...

Stayed here with family for a few nights because the price was cheaper than other hotels in the area. The hotel is showing it's age and is in need of renovations. When I pulled back the bedspread, there was a huge black stain so I asked for it to be changed.
The towels are hard. The breakfast is terrible. The only bread they offered was toast and they always seem to run out. The waffle machine makes hard, cardboard like waffles. The sofas are out of shape which makes the sofabed very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly. I don't think it's fair to be charged so much money for very basic accomodations.
