Good basic accomodation and basic breakfast for the price paid (79). Room and facility was comfortable and quiet, good night's sleep and good shower. Very close to the airport. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive.

A very pleasant motel well-situated for visitors to Univ of VT (UVM) and downtown Burlington. Room was very clean and nicely furnished (everything looked relatively new and well kept up). Fabulous soft bed! Good-sized HD flatscreen on swivel base. Excellent shower with strong water pressure. Occasional noise from hallway and adjacent water lines. Breakfast runs 6:30a-9:30a and, though modest, was adequate. A supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance - a nice convenience. Pool is outdoors only. A senior/AAA rate is available.I will definitely go back.

The hotel was clean and convenient to downtown. It could use some up keep. The floors in our room were well worn and the walls could use some paint. The bed was VERY comfortable! The hotel staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was very quick.
The breakfast was basically continental with the addition of a waffle machine.

We had to be placed in a smoking room for the first of a 2-night stay. Although they were unable to move us that first night, they found another room for the following night. They moved our suitcases for us. They handled the problem nicely.
