I just stayed at this hotel based on reviews and I was so disappointed.

The rooms were nice and if the hotel was reasonably priced, it wouldn't have been so bad. But for $140 USD per night, it was the biggest rip-off in all of my travelling days-- and I've travelled extensively.

I booked through Expedia and not only did they not honour the rate, but the continental breakfast that was supposed to be included didn't exist--just coffee, tea and juice.

We were only looking to stay one night while driving through New England but the town itself was a major mistake. The morning we left, there was an armed robbery just down the street from the hotel--- you get the picture! Not the beautiful, scenic Vermont that I am used to.

Think twice before you stay here! Believe me, you can do better!

We stayed one night just traveling through. The check in was quick, and the lady was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable.

What a pleasant surprise to find a large, clean room with king bed at a traditional motel on the road to Canada over Labor Day weekend. The hospitality and service were excellent. Their recommendation for dining at the Elements restaurant nearby was perfect. High praise for both.

Jenny/Ginny was more than accommodating from the first phone call to checking out. Family run with heated outdoor pool. Spacious rooms with all you needed for a comfortable stay. We were in room 215 which had a couch and small fridge. Good restaurants nearby. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Anthonys restaurant in town was great for breakfast. again, friendly and clean.
