Our stay at the Coach House was a pleasant one. From booking the place, to receiving our ski passes ahead of time, to checking out, everything went smoothly and hassle-free. I would strongly recommend staying here as the price can't be beat. Great savings on 1,2 and 3 day passes if requested a few days ahead through Coach House. Distance to the mountain really was only 10 minutes. Only thing I'd say is I strongly suggest visitors not take route 58. It's not worth getting stuck in the middle of no where in snow up to your knees on back roads.

This place would be good for a family with small kids but it's funky and overpriced. Reminds me of stuff we stayed in 50 years ago when I was a kid. People who run it are nice but I wouldn't come back, given this place doesn't cost much less than nicer and more modern digs. Also lots of bar noise on the street that kep some of us up.

Had a great time in Jay Peak. This efficiency was small but provided all we needed to cook our breakfast and even one meal in. Excellent customer service, as I had left some jewelry behind by accident and they were efficient and great about getting it back to me, which I really appreciated it. Staff was also flexible with length of our stay as we had to cut out one day early. Great discounted lift tickets available as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family of 5 just stayed at the Coach House 301 during our first ski trip to Jay Peak. We have 3 small children and Peggy and Sarita went out of thier way to make sure we had everything we needed to keep our kids comfortable and busy. Within walking distance there is a full sevice grocery store (really yummy chili), post office, bank, a few restaurants, and a sports shop. The Coach House is about 12 minutes from Jay Peak.
