This is the "top of the World " inn place to stay in while skiing at Jay Peak and a must to eat in their five star restaurant. All rooms are decorated in a charming, antique setting. The Inn is one of the few places to serve a FUII breakfast every morning! Only three and a half miles from Jay Peak - recommend all-wheel drive and four wheel drive vehicles for this huge, snow plus area! The kind, courteous owners also have afternoon tea with goodies to boot. I have stayed here several times and still have the excitement as I enter the front door. Experience a snow bound storm in this unique inn and the prices are easy on the wallet.

The manager was very accommodating to our group when I called to reschedule and add additional occupants. The breakfast was delicious and served at a convenient time to make first lift. They even dug my car out of 30+" of snow first thing in the morning so we wouldn't be late to Jay. Great place at a great value. Its not somewhere I would go to party but if you're looking for a comfortable bed and a hot breakfast before a day of riding this is your place.

if you are looking for lap of luxury, being waited on hand and foot, this is not you place, this is the owner's home. you should expect a few house rule. we didn't mind any of them. some people may find some of the rules to much to handle. it is their home.
But if your looking for down home Vermont country farm house with AMAZING food this is your place. it is nothing fancy to look at. we stayed in the king suite. it had an electric fire place and private bathroom and small shower. (not all the rooms here do) it all so had a whirlpool tub to for a good soaking after skiing. they are close to Jay Peak.

Close to Jay Peak Ski Resort, easy to find, great food. We stayed in small rooms at our choice (less expensive).
