The resort was clean, staff friendly and the food was wonderful. The hotel is a bit worn, room furnishings outdated. The bed was good quality, the water pressure was low, in-room coffee was convenient, game room was enjoyable, fire places throughout were lovely.

Great location for Pico Ski Resort. The room was clean, Staff was friendly. Pool is outside but the hot tub was inside which is nice after skiing. The fireplace is inviting in the lobby when coming back from skiing. Breakfast is on of the best. The bed was comfortable. The dinner menu has a kids choice.
Overall, it's a good place to bring your family. Connecting rooms were convenient. If your looking for an up to date modern facility, it's not for you. It's a great place for the money.

Good on-site restaurant, not too far from slopes (10-15 min), near decent restaurants. Nice clean hot tub, sauna. Ski room for boots, skis. Great breakfast. Fireplace lobby with coffee. Drawbacks: no hot cocoa, shower head needed updating.
