We loved this Inn. The rooms were lovely. The Service was good. We enjoy the Breakfast they serve too. The only thing I have negative to say I thought the owners could be more friendly with the people.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn from 1/28-1/30/12, in the Peach Blossom room. This room is in the carraige house which was recently renovated. The room was new, spacious, with a gas fireplace and very clean. The Inn Keepers, Frank and Julie were very nice and attentive. There is a full bar which is open until 9 PM daily. They also have available coffee, tea, water and cookies. The cookies are very good. Breakfast was either pancakes or eggs, sausage, orange juice, toast and a delicious cranberry bread. On our first night, the door to the pool shed kept opening and slamming shut all night. We told Julie and she promptly fixed the problem. She also comped us two drinks at the bar which was nice and great customer service. They obviously know how to run a business properly. The only other thing I would think about next time is that we did hear other guests walking around above us and it was a bit loud at times. We might stay on the second floor next time. Over all, a first class Inn close to the shops in Manchester, you won't be disapointed.

What a comfortable perch for enjoying Manchester in any season! The hosts are warm and genuinely helpful. When we arrived we were shown to a comfortable room and given excellent dining recommendations. As we looked around the spacious inn we found evidence of their hospitality to the community. A cookbook club was gathered around a dining room table to enjoy their latest discoveries - and provide directions to the wonderful bookstore in town.

Breakfast was delicious and could be enjoyed at a table in the window with the view of a Vermont countryside. The location is convenient for Manchester attractions, shopping and a variety of restaurants. But it is the quality of the hospitality that makes this place shine.

The real test of the extra measure of accommodation came in managing what must be the bane of innkeepers: the left behind bag. They kindly provided email assurance followed by the promptly mailed item. Such grace and good humor at a busy time of year added to the
positive experience. We will be back!

We got married in Manchester over July 4th weekend, 2011, and rented out the entire Inn for extended family. Frank and Julie could not have provided better service to our 30 or so guests, and always seemed to have a smile on their face. The rooms are quaint without being too country, and have a thoroughly homey yet modern look. Breakfast was a blast each morning since we knew all the guests staying there, and provided a great way for everyone to maximize time to catch up and talk during a very busy weekend! Frank cooks a delicious breakfast made to order. If you are getting married in Manchester and thinking of renting out an Inn for all your family (which is really the way to go if you are using bus transportation to your venue) then you should absolutely go with the Inn at Manchester.
