I stayed here for a business trip, probably will not return to this location. It was priced high for nothing really in the area. I checked in and they noted my reserved king room was not available any more. So I got two queens instead, no big deal. The rooms were noisy from room to room noise, as the upstairs people were walking all night and you could hear them. There were spiders peeking around.

Was working 30 min away in Claremont. Closest location during foliage season. Front desk staff wasn't very accommodating. No elevators for a 2nd floor room when I packed for a 2 week stay. Rooms very outdated. Lots of spiders/webs at entrance door. Charming little town but would choose to stay somewhere else.

I had reviewed this place in 2009 and have different opions. I actually liked this place the 2nd time around. This time the beds were much more comfortable. We had 4 people and had the same suite as last yr. It is a great place to stay and the owners are wonderful and nice. We walked downtown to Pot Belly's and DJ's for dinner. Both recommended. All in all, we will stay here again in 2012. I just hope that Ludlow will be repaired by then, so sorry about the Tropical Storm that Vermont wasn't expecting. I love Vermont!

Room was very dark and depressing and extremely badly ventilated, only had a window mounted AC that was very loud and not very efficient. We happened to get a glimps of the box spring and matress and they looked gross.

Bathroom a little small but clean

Pool good size and clean but we had to wait 90 minutes for it to get cleaned in the morning.

Breakfast was very regular noting special but plenty of everything
