Everything about this Inn was excellent, no hint of a concern about anything here. Easy parking around the back, excellent host providing a lovely breakfast in the comfort of a quaint house in tip top condition. Afternoon tea with cookies after a day on the slopes was perfect.

Everything about The Governor's Inn was wonderful. The rooms are nicely decorated and the "Governor's Room" was a good size with fireplace. The owners are extremely nice & helpful with suggestions on restaurants and sights to see and supplying directions. The breakfasts are DELICIOUS & enough food that you won't even need lunch. Afternoon tea has more tasty treats daily. The town of Ludlow was a good home base for our trip and The Governor's Inn made our vacation memorable. My husband & I highly recommend it.

My husband and I were looking for a place to spend our first anniversary, and decided Vermont was the place. I found this inn online and was attracted to the comments on its gourmet breakfast. We were not disappointed! The innkeeper was most friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, and very clean. Afternoon tea with home-made desserts were a real treat as well. I'd recommend this inn to anyone who appreciates fine antiques, wonderful atmosphere, outstanding breakfast and friendly staff.
